I contacted Christie for an estimate for a repair by phone before the dealership shut down and never got a reply.
i contacted her again once the dealership was open by email for a stage 3, and never got a reply.
i feel like Man O War really does not care whether i go there for my business, even though i have spent a lot there, including 3 new bikes in the past, not counting all the other business that i have gave them. I like the chapter and will continue with them, but i called Bowling Green Harley to get my bike worked on. They were anxious to get me taken care of and have been exceptional. They even drove to my house and picked it up. I will be doing business with them since Man O War service really does not want my business. (Employee: Christie Cunningham)
